1 — Definitions
- "Platform": digitalsalla.com and its associated applications and services.
- "We": Digital Salla LLC, registered in the State of Delaware, USA, operator of the platform.
- "User" / "you": anyone using the platform, registered or visitor.
- "Deliverables": files or documents produced by the executed services from your data.
2 — Accounts
- Accounts require accurate details and a verified email address.
- You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms with reasoned notice, preserving paid entitlements per the Refund Policy.
3 — Digital products and licensing
This section mirrors the license notice printed inside every file. A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license of one of two kinds:
- "Establishment license": use of the file in the internal business of the one establishment that bought it.
- "Accounting-office license": use of the file to serve an unlimited number of the buying firm's clients, without giving clients standalone copies.
- Under both: no copying, distribution, publication or resale of the files, and no removal of the store mark or the license notice. Use obtained other than by purchase is unlicensed.
- Bundles: each product carries its own establishment license. Free resources: for personal professional use and the internal business of the establishment; no resale, and the store mark stays.
- Updates: a purchase includes every new release of the product for one year from the purchase date at no charge. After that you may optionally renew the updates window at the renewal price shown on the product page; the copy you downloaded remains yours without renewal.
- Delivery is electronic the moment payment is confirmed: a link per file on the success page, in your account and by email. Formulas and the structure of Excel files are protected; input cells are open.
- Intellectual property remains with us or our licensors.
4 — Professional disclaimer
The products are aids to the accountant's work, not legal, tax or zakat advice, and not an audit or assurance. Their treatments reflect the standards and regulations in force at release, with example figures; applying them to your establishment's data and judging the results is the responsibility of the user and the establishment's auditor.
Executed services are delivered with a documented methodology and a written deliverable, and are provided as professional working tools requiring review and approval by a qualified accountant or the establishment's external auditor. We accept no liability for decisions taken or returns filed in reliance on the products or services without due professional review, and our aggregate liability for any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for it.
5 — Prices, payment, invoices
- Prices are displayed in SAR (ر.س); the displayed price is the final price and is shown clearly before confirmation. Launch pricing runs until its stated date, after which the base price returns automatically.
- Payment by Visa and Mastercard via Stripe; we never see your card details.
- A commercial invoice is issued for every purchase and remains available in your account.
6 — Acceptable use
- No unlawful activity or infringement of others' rights.
- No circumvention of security controls, automated scraping, or resource abuse.
- Do not upload data you lack authority to process — you warrant lawful rights to all data you upload.
7 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-platform reasonably in advance; continued use after effect constitutes acceptance.
8 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Digital Salla LLC is registered, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
